Firstly would like to confirm that we haven't actually set the membership price as this all depends on the first venue and costs. We are aiming to get 2,000 members involved. As you mention the crowdsourcing has never been done in a service industry but we are confident it will work. Its all run by the members so trust is involved and a good structure is imperative.
